Lifetime Guarantee
Under Collision Repair Lifetime Guarantee
This lifetime guarantee is a limited guarantee and is valid for the life of the vehicle on which repairs have been completed while in possession of the registered owner as indicated below.
BK Custom Coatings guarantees to remedy all body and paint repairs which prove to be below generally accepted industry standards of workmanship or materials, subject to the exclusions set forth below.
Exclusions
(1) Damage due to rust or surface corrosion resulting from projectiles, scratches or other causes.
(2) Damage from environmental conditions (i.e. airborne fallout, chemicals, acid rain), solvents or cleaning materials.
(3) Damage caused by unreasonable use, maintenance or care of the vehicle.
(4) Commercial vehicles.
(5) Repairs that have been altered, adjusted or tampered with.
Guarantee is limited to cost of materials and labour required to remedy defects only.
Warranty does not cover inconvenience, loss of personal or commercial use, special, indirect or consequential damage. The guarantee must be shown at the time of returning the vehicle for any work to be covered under this guarantee.
